Douglas Keel is a chartered accountant and before coming to the Bar was a senior international tax partner with Price Waterhouse where he was responsible for the establishment of their tax and legal practices in eastern Europe. He is used to client
responsibility for all aspects of the international tax affairs of both large and small clients. He has wide experience of dealing with Revenue authorities and Revenue investigations, double taxation conventions, anti-avoidance legislation and the commercial aspects of tax
planning as well as a special interest in the taxation of e-commerce. His practice combines his knowledge of taxation and accountancy with his commercial experience.
