Murray Rosen QC is chairman of the British Association for Sport and Law and was founding chairman of the Bar Sports Law Group. He is consistently featured as a leading silk in the area of Sports Law in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. He is a member of the Sports Dispute Resolution Panel and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is the author of the chapter on sports in Bernstein’s Arbitration Handbook and has experience of all types of sports arbitrations and tribunals - extending from doping offences, to claims between agents and clubs, to commercial disputes under ICC, LCIA and other institutional rules. |
