Ian Blackshaw is an International Sports Lawyer. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Sports Law and a number of visiting professorships, including one at the FIFA International Centre for Sports Studies at Neuchatel University, Switzerland.
He is a member of the Court of Arbitration for Sport, Lausanne, Switzerland, and also the UK Sports Dispute Resolution Panel, London. He has written many articles and several books, including the first book on “Mediating Sports Disputes - National and International Perspectives” published by the Asser Press in The Hague.
He is also the Editor of a new book on “Sports Image Rights Europe” just published by the Asser Press.
