Ex Detective Sergeant Howard Davies served with Gwent Police for twenty years. The majority of this time was within the CID, where he was involved in the investigation of major crime. He is a trained interview coordinator and experienced covert source manager. He is now the Director of a successful construction company and provides a service in vetting Police files for defence purposes.
